Snow clearing and gritting, service agreement

The assignment involves snow clearing and gritting with the machine of Øvre Eiker kommunale eiendom KF ́s properties, which are in the attached map. Hand shovelling and gritting, Øvre Eiker carries out municipal property KF itself. The winter maintenance strategy for snow clearing and friction improvements sets, triggering standards, frequency and deadlines. Snow clearing shall be carried out with suitable equipment for the properties, the tenderer is responsible for assessing which equipment is suitable. The estimated value per annum for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise, is given in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with certificates of apprenticeship or craft, cf. the apprentice regulations §6(3).
