Screening 2026 - car tyres fabrics

The Norwegian Environment Agency wants to follow-up previous findings of car tyres with this notice. In the screening program 2022 we found high concentrations, which exceeded the accompanying PNEC values, were measured in all samples associated with tyres. Gundersen, C. B., et al. (2023). The substances have been selected by the Norwegian Environment Agency's screening group on the basis of external and internal input for the screening programme 2026. The substances were prioritised on the basis of our use for results, previous investigations in the environment, physical chemical qualities (including QSAR modelling) and the substances ́ amounts of use. Tenderers shall include as many analyses, individual substances and sample types as possible within the financial framework of the project. Questions to the competition will not be answered before 5 January.
