Om upphandlingen

The aim of the assignment is to obtain knowledge on areas that may need to be strengthened so that employers are better able to protect employees who experience harassment, bullying and unpleasant experiences connected to racism and discrimination in working life. There shall be a particular focus on safety in the first line for employees in organisations with user groups in vulnerable or demanding life situations. The obtained knowledge shall form the basis for further policy development in both the discrimination field and the working environment field. Tenderers can make recommendations for various initiatives and proposals for policy development in order to meet the challenges that are discovered. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract until the final report is submitted 31.03.2027, and has a total upper economic limit of NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
