DIO - Hire of contractor services, machinery and equipment.

This agreement is a dynamic purchasing system (DIO) that makes it easier to provide contractor services, machines and equipment as needed. The main aim is that Arendal municipality can easily secure the correct competence and machines/equipment that can supplement municipal work teams when their own capacity is not sufficient. The offered services and equipment shall be adapted to municipal assignments. The assignments can vary in scope - from minor assignments carried out by a operator with the accompanying vehicles, to larger projects that require several work layers and extensive machines. Tenderers shall mainly supplement and possibly assist the municipal work teams when their own capacity is insufficient. It is therefore important that the offered services/materials are adapted to the municipal assignments, both in the form of competence, material and the ability to set up when the need is present. The work outsourced to the competition in the scheme will be of both a larger and smaller extent. This means that some assignments can be carried out by a single operator with the accompanying vehicles and others will require larger work teams and machines. The delivery includes, among other things: - Execution of road, water and sewage work in cooperation with Arendal municipality ́s own site layer. - Hire of machines with drivers that are part of one of the municipality ́s work teams. - Hire of machines without drivers. - Hire of skilled workers/operators for the operation of municipal machines or vehicles. - Hire of skilled workers for the execution of manual work. - Execution of drilling and blasting work. - Hire of other machines and equipment. - Independent assignments Minor ground work in connection with the construction project and site work. - W&S work (e.g. sprinkler jobs), ditches, cables and drainage - Simple ground surveys and assistance with excavation work in connection with. major ground surveys of technical consultants - Purification of roadsides and ditches (in to residences) - Option to establish a framework agreement for up to one year within the scheme for regular acute needs; for example blasting work and extra resources/crew.
