Employer of Record Services

The subject of the procurement is Employer of Record services required by the Veikkaus Group. The procurement target is described in more detail in the request for tender and its annexes, especially in Annex 1 'Description of the Procurement'. The procurement is subject to the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). One (1) service provider will be selected to implement the procurement under an open-ended contractual relationship. The procurement contract is concluded only upon signing a written agreement. The procurement does not include any obligation to purchase a specific quantity or grant exclusive rights to provide services to the Veikkaus Group.
