The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. The tender process thus consists of two parts/phases, including request for prequalification and submission of tender. The procurement covers the insurance placements described in Lots 1-5 below. DSU is a mandatory-priced option: a tender omitting a compliant DSU price is non-compliant, but the Contracting Entities may elect not to purchase the DSU coverage. Lot details: Quota share placement for both the lead insurer and followers, where tenderers are requested to submit bids according to the enclosed mandatory wording. The award criterion will be lowest price, based on the technical evaluation price.</p><p>Lot 2: DSU excess layer – EUR 295 Million xs EUR 50 Million First loss limit and in the aggregate</p><p>Lot details: Quota share placement for both the lead insurer and followers, where tenderers are requested to submit bids according to the enclosed mandatory wording. The award criterion will be lowest price.</p><p>Lot 3: TPL excess layer – EUR 75 Million xs EUR 25 Million any one occurrence</p><p>Lot details: Quota share placement for both the lead insurer and followers, where tenderers are requested to submit bids according to the enclosed mandatory wording. The award criterion will be lowest price.</p><p>Lot 4: Onshore Terrorism and Sabotage – EUR 156 Million any one occurrence</p><p>Lot details: Quota share placement for both the lead insurer and followers, where tenderers are requested to submit bids according to the enclosed mandatory wording. The award criterion will be lowest price.</p><p>Lot 5: Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) – EUR 25 Million any one occurrence</p><p>Lot details: All tenderers bidding for the EIL insurance must submit bids for the whole layer in accordance with the enclosed mandatory minimum requirements. All tenderers may in addition to the mandatory minimum requirements submit supplementary wordings and conditions. The award criterion will be lowest price.</p>
