Tradesman services for Helse Nord-Trøndelag

The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for trade services with naturally accompanying material within the building and electrical disciplines in order to cover the Contracting Authority ́s needs in connection with the operation, maintenance and development of the buildings. The assignments will include unforeseen and planned operations and maintenance assignments as well as projects. The Regional Health Authority Nord-Trøndelag has buildings of approx. 100,000 m² divided between two hospitals. Levanger Hospital (approx. 66,000 m²) and Namsos Hospital (approx. 33,000 m²). In addition there will be several smaller institution buildings located around these hospitals. The maximum total value of the procurement is NOK 282.75 million, excluding VAT.
