Consultancy services - Energy lift Nyhamna

Aukra municipality is the proud host municipality for the landing facility Nyhamna, one of the largest and most important energy hubs in the country. In light of the national and European energy situation, as well as the sector's restructuring over the next decade, there is now a need for a strengthened local and regional commitment around Nyhamna. In cooperation with the Energy Hub Nyhamna, it is therefore proposed to establish a three year commitment project: Energy Lift Nyhamna.It is politically decided to hire an external project manager, estimated at around 800 hours per year. It is expected that the project will need energy and market analyses, feasibility studies, R&D cooperation, as well as comprehensive communication and public relations. Besides the project manager, there shall be access to a competence environment with key personnel who shall be able to supplement with knowledge and competence within several relevant topics, cf. case papers in case PS-6/26.This procurement is for the hire of a project manager with a total framework of NOK 4.1 million including VAT.
