A MOMD-system (management, operation, maintenance and develpoment) for Oslo municipality, c/o Oslobygg KF

Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites interested tenderers to apply for participation in a competitive dialogue for the procurement of a FDVU system. The objective of the procurement is to digitalise and make the work with FDVU more efficient in the company. Oslobygg would like a future orientated system with a large degree of standard functionality. It involves functional support for the core processes management, operation, maintenance, development, replacement and disposal, as well as support for management, procurement and financial and cost follow-up. Furthermore, emphasis will be put on possibilities for digital interaction with tenants, operations managers, suppliers and other important cooperation partners, as well as good data flow through integrations with relevant systems.
