IT expert services for application development related to Oracle WebCenter Content

Contracting Authority is National Police Board (Poliisihallitus). The subject of the procurement is the production of IT expert services for application development related to Oracle WebCenter Content. In this procurement the Contracting Authority shall select three (3) to five (5) tenderers to the framework agreement of IT expert services. If there are fewer than three tenderers satisfying the suitability requirements or acceptable tenders, the Contracting Authority has the right to select less than three tenderers to the framework agreement. Furthermore, in this procurement process the Contracting Authority shall select one tenderer to provide IT expert services for Apollo and Liite softwares. More detailed description of the object of the framework agreement and the IT expert services for Apollo and Liite softwares and selection criteria for tenders shall be given in the invitation to tender.
