Inspection Services

The subject of the procurement is the multi-vendor frame agreement of inspection services for Veikkaus Oy’s and its subsidiary companies’ (hereinafter "Veikkaus") gaming systems and solutions as required by the Finnish Gambling Act (10/2026) and the official regulations issued by the Finnish supervisory authority. The procurement is divided to the following domains: 1. Randomness and reliability of the components used to generate game outcomes (POL-2026-27820) 2. Reliability and information security (POL-2026-27824) Domain 1 consists of nine (9) lots and Domain 2 of two (2) lots. The object of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1 "Description of Procurement" and Annex 2 "Service Requirements". A tender may be submitted for one (1) or all eleven (11) lots, at the tenderer’s discretion. Based on the tendering process, Veikkaus will select a maximum of five (5) suppliers for each lot. This framework agreement does not include a minimum purchase obligation.
