Application development 2026 - 2033, Artificial intelligence (AI)

The object of the procurement is the production of IT expert services related to application development for the National Police Board of Finland (“Client”) and specially IT expert services for application development related to Artificial intelligence (AI). IT experts are expected to have professional competence and experience of AI technologies. The professional services subject to procurement are related to the definition, development, implementation, further development, maintenance, and ensuring of quality and information security of police information systems. The services can be aimed at small and large fixed-scale projects, as well as ongoing service needs for the time being. The Client’s goal is to publish one framework agreement: Application development 2026 - 2033, Artificial intelligence (AI). The scope of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1 "Description of the procurement".
